Hidden Gems of Akumal in the Riviera Maya
My husband and I stayed at Secrets Akumal, which remains our top choice for an all-inclusive experience. For nearly 11 years, Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel has provided us with expert vacation guidance, ensuring we get the best value. Secrets Akumal perfectly matched all our preferences. The architecture and design are elegant and well-crafted. Our room was tastefully decorated, fully functional, and hassle-free. The bathroom offered ample space, and the closet and drawers were generously sized. The bed and pillows were high-quality and cozy. Every restaurant impressed us, and the pool areas were stunning, with beautiful landscaping. However, the beach stood out as our favorite spot. While we typically prefer the pool and brief walks along the shore, this beach was exceptional—we spent most of our time there. Plenty of thatched umbrellas and lounge chairs were available. As avid snorkelers, we brought our own gear and explored the waters daily, often spotting sea turtles. The resort’s bike tour was a highlight, along with the unique spin bikes in the pool, adding a fun twist to my daily workouts. We also enjoyed the theater, particularly the Beatles Show. Despite some negative reviews, we felt those who disliked Secrets Akumal simply had unrealistic expectations.

Excellence Cancun Riviera Maya
I recently returned from the fantastic getaway you arranged for us at Excellence Cancun Riviera, and I simply had to express my deepest gratitude for such an incredible experience. I figured you might appreciate some feedback, along with a few ideas for our upcoming all-inclusive vacation. To begin, the service was exceptionally warm and attentive. The staff genuinely appeared invested in ensuring our comfort and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Every detail was flawlessly executed, creating the distinct feeling that they valued our presence—an impression that undoubtedly means we’ll return.ultimateWe couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The grounds and pools were flawless, and the entertainers were exceptionally skilled. Our rooms, 6116 and 6117, were perfectly situated in a quieter, more secluded area of the resort—exactly what we wanted for our family, including my wife, myself, and our two daughters. While some parts of the resort were lively, we would have been less satisfied staying there, as we prefer a balance of activity and tranquility, especially being close to 60.
The dining experience was mostly outstanding. The French restaurant and Spice restaurant delivered exceptional meals, and the breakfast buffet was consistently good. However, lunch options, particularly the buffet, became repetitive and lacked variety. The Fiesta Mexican night stood out for its meticulous attention to detail and the incredible effort put into the event, with staff working tirelessly all day in the plaza to create a memorable experience.
The beach was impeccably maintained, though the water clarity wasn’t ideal—something beyond the resort’s control. Evenings were enchanting, with stunning lighting throughout the property that matched the beauty of the photos we took. Overall, our experience was highly impressive.

Our recent stay at the Secrets St James resort in Jamaica was wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only downside was the lengthy check-in process, as we had to wait more than three hours to access our room after arriving at the resort.

Our time in Puerto Rico was truly wonderful. We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Sonesta, where everything was simply stunning. The staff exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service. Amazing Getaway
Our stay at the Haven Resort was absolutely incredible! It’s the most stunning resort we’ve visited, with the most delicious food and exceptional service we’ve ever experienced!
The resort offers a tranquil and unhurried atmosphere, perfectly matching our desire for relaxation after a challenging two-week period with our family. However, those seeking more lively entertainment or activities might find it less suitable for their preferences.
The spa’s water circuit is an absolute MUST! We visited daily after our workouts—it was incredibly soothing!
Another note about the Resort: In all our travels, we’ve never experienced a place that anticipated our needs the way this one did. There was no need to ask—they simply knew. We’d set down an empty water glass just to see how quickly they’d notice, and within seconds, it was taken care of. Even our wine glasses were refilled so discreetly, we often didn’t realize it had happened! Exceptional service!

Our relaxing getaway was just as wonderful as ever
Our latest relaxing getaway at Couples Swept Away in Negril, Jamaica was just as amazing as always. Sharon handles every detail perfectly, ensuring we never have to stress over anything. This marks our seventh time booking through her, and she continues to exceed expectations. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!!!
Surpassed What We Had Anticipated
Beaches Turks & Caicos has surpassed all our expectations. Even before our arrival, the resort was incredibly attentive, and the level of service here is extraordinary. Every desire is effortlessly fulfilled. Our room features a fully stocked refrigerator with water and sodas, and housekeeping refreshes it twice a day. The dining experience is exceptional—I was initially skeptical about an all-inclusive resort’s food quality, but it proved outstanding. On the first night, we enjoyed prawns and king crab, followed by shrimp, chicken, beef, and mahi mahi at the Teppanyaki restaurant the next evening. Later, at the French restaurant, we savored black mussels, a warm goat cheese salad with balsamic reduction, beef tenderloin with Bernaise sauce, and decadent desserts like a dark chocolate cake with French cream and strawberries, plus a fruit dish with sabayon sauce.
The resort boasts a charming French café offering specialty coffees, teas, and freshly baked pastries, alongside a wood-fired pizza spot and a 50’s-style diner serving ice cream sodas. Popcorn, cotton candy, and ice cream are readily available throughout. The bar serves premium cocktails, from apple martinis to piña coladas.
The staff excels with children—they baked cookies with Elmo, attended Cookie Monster’s birthday party, sang with Bert and Ernie, and organized treasure hunts and pool parties. Our kids often begged to stay longer when we came to collect them.
We dove twice daily in the crystal-clear, 83-degree waters, surrounded by vibrant marine life, and enjoyed the freedom of unguided diving. One evening, we captured stunning sunset photos on the beach, courtesy of the resort’s photography service.

Thank you so much! Our honeymoon was absolutely wonderful! Couples Swept Away was a fantastic suggestion—the beach there is truly unmatched. We adored the cuisine, the shores, the team, and the entire experience. We tried the day-trade option at Couples Negril, which was pleasant but didn’t compare to Swept Away’s beach. We also visited the Appleton Rum factory (it was alright—not worth the trip by itself) and YS Falls, which was amazing. The falls were stunning, and I wish we could have stayed longer.
Club Mobay provided an outstanding experience. Being escorted through customs upon arrival was incredibly convenient, and the departure lounge was equally impressive. I would definitely choose this service again without hesitation.
