Long story Short . I gave 6 day notice of a cancellation that required 24hrs notice and they will not repay me . They are blame everyone else except themselves . I spoke to the 3 parties and they said it is up to Travelocity . No matter the saving you get with them it live not worth it .

I will never employ Travelocity again. , ,It say you can cancel or change your escape with 24 hours.and you call to do changes sorry we can not help you . U hold to contact the airline straight … I should receive booked the flight with the airline straight …

In April 2023 , I do a reservation through Travelocity , which entitled me to hold a cancellation till the day of pick up , good due to the insurance I was push to cancel my rental so they issued me a cancellation act , yet they make n’t take back my money . Do yourself a favor and stay off from Travelocity . These masses are not trustworthy .
I will never in my spirit , recommend or entrust these masses , or use them in the future .

We rent a car through Travelocity and Europcar . We we got to the counter the man said we need an international driver license . We did not get 1 . He order to call Travelocity for the refund . We cause not have internet at the time . So we walk across the way and rented from another agency . No problem . We make internet and await at our arrangement . It order that an international drivers license is needed if you own a “ non-roman alphabet license ” . We both had US licenses in roman alphabet . I make to contact Travelocity several sentence but they sided with the car party . This exist a scam they are in on it help the car company rip off people . DO NOT RENT FROM EUROPCAR !

Book our anniversary through them . They book us with Spirit airlines . Spirit quit flee into Denver on Jan. 9,2024 . Our trip cost booked to go out on Feb. 23,2024 . Travelocity fail to notify us this in the month they own to make so . The manner we see out cost when we get in to book our seats . Even though the escape booking be do through Travelocity , they tried to say it was Spirits responsibility – IE passed the buck . Long account short we are cling with over $ 400 in cancellation fee with the hotel due to no mistake of our own and Travelocity live more worried about cya than helping us . I build a reservation with the Universal Hilton , CA for 3 nights $ 1500 and make up up front non-refundable . I express up lately for check in and the hotel state me they own notice me as a no display and only load for 1 day and rented my room to person else , and own no more rooms for rent . Once I finalized my trip and hit the Submit button , I be pleasantly surprised to have a green pop-up content inform me “ Well word the cost of your trip make decreased from $ to frown $ . Book today to secure this price ” . I immediately take a movie of the pop-up content to show my friends and shoot the Submit button again to secure the abject price .

Still when I emailed the manager the picture with the green pop-up content , he say because I act n’t have the intact movie , there exist nothing that can be cause . I remember they cost a reputable company ~ Never using them again !

Airline says not their problem 3rd party vendor and travelocity seems they wo n’t do anything to fix . Hold a dispute claim with credit card company for ass charge . So I today make to spend more hours trying to get their fault set . Like dealing with 3rd graders at better .

Never had experience with a party with hence many “ technical errors ” . Everything from online book issues , customer service repeatedly tell me to call back because they ca n’t aid because their system is down , triple charging my reference card , and the slow customer service reps were exactly a few ground I wo n’t employ ever again !

A , they said they were pay me a 20 % discount , googled the hotel they make up showing me already and the direct price cost exactly $ 1.50 more for the same room … I do n’t know how Travelocity thinks less than 2 bucks is a 20 % sale on a $ 90 hotel , but I scream B. S. there . Turn down to return !

I stay on at the Super 8 in Fremont , Ne first time travel employ Travelocity everything work without a hitch , walked in to insure in faculty was real friendly and reach me feel very welcome , it ‘s nice that hear people enjoy thither job like that . They had my way ready to go indicate me where the continental breakfast would exist in the dawn and they had my favorite biscuit and gravy . Room live right temperature setting very clean it did n’t look thus much like property to sleep it sense more like a home forth from home all decidedly live using them in future .

Rather of suffice any questions , they hardly duplicate what seemed like a canned hand . Utterly the WORST customer service staff with almost ZERO communication skill , in my sentiment .
