What makes True Traveller the best choice for your purchase?
The True Traveller began as a travel company, not an insurer, and while we take pride in offering the most competitively priced insurance possible, we recognize that cost can deter some from purchasing it initially. Our philosophy is simple: if travel insurance is beyond your budget, then traveling isn’t financially feasible for you either.

Please be aware that if you have already misplaced a piece of luggage, consulted a medical practitioner, or are currently unwell or injured and planning to seek medical attention, we cannot provide assistance. It also extends to non-manual jobs for those on a Working Holiday, including bar and restaurant employment.
When you apply for Insurance with us, you can choose from our Adventure, Extreme, or Ultimate Activity Packs. These options provide broader coverage, extending to activities like Rock Climbing, Trekking at any altitude, and even light manual labor if you’re on a Working Holiday.
