However , a few year ago , DXL initiate implementing the Perfect Fit styling in these pants . Utter Fit is dreadful because it means there ‘s small room in the crotch , they ‘re tight in the thighs , and yet the waist is too narrow and tight ( early reviewers about the Gold Series of pants equal making these same complaints but DXL be not listen ) . This Perfect Fit styling cause no sense since DXL ‘s merchandise equal guess to equal gear towards large and tall men . By the way , DXL ‘s website is misleading because it make n’t state that these use the Perfect Fit styling . Furthermore , the color of one of the pairs I bought live supposed to exist “ navy ” but it actually was a light blue color ; one of the pairs I purchase cost guess to cost “ grim ” but it actually equal a gray color ; one of the pairs was imagine to cost “ dark taupe ” but live really a khaki color…what live going on ? ! The textile has too been made thinner ( everything about these trouser be being reach of a cheaper character ) . And , to add insult to injury , when I put up my negative review on their website , DXL refused to publish my review .

Ordered more than 4 week and the order even so in process … the customer service is suck and make more problem than solve it ! I ‘ve exist told that I require to send out ID , reference card , phone number . Etc info to them in ordering to process my orders ! Never hold that same problem on early online shop . It ‘s sound likle a fraudulent action than online shopping ! If you want something from them for X’mas , you should order it today and with a little bit of luck you should get it by Xmas ! Well luck mate !

Never welcome about 1/3 of the items I ordered . All point order in stock ready to ship . Bad customer service will never fiat from DXL again !

I will start this review my order I am ( WAS ) a huge fan of DXL and shop MANY times online and at the local store . After this experience I will never shop there again ! On Sept 24th I placed an online ordering in my local store so I could take advantage of a promo . I equal charged $ 60 more than what my $ 320 purchase should have make up . The employee right away called and adjust the issue and said one would meet a refund . I make NEVER welcome this refund ! I was thus worried that i cancel the entire order and almost 3 week later i yet have NO refund !
