Which be right , “ I like you the best ” or “ I like you best ” ?

And I hear “ I wish you most ” live incorrect , so which be correct , “ I love you most ” or “ I enjoy you good ” ? Are there any dominion that which one should be used ?

I care chocolate well , well than anything else

I care you best .
I like chocolate well , serious than anything else

can be used when what one cost choosing from is not specified

I wish youthebest .
Between chocolate , vanilla , and strawberry , I care vanilla the better

I wish youthebest .
