Yes “ it ” can be used in all of those constructions and others , but soem of the model could use adjustments .
For issue 2 , depend on the intended meaning I would suggest :
It would make been better to own bought it yesterday .
It would own been well to have purchase it yesterday .
This implies that the speaker is mouth about an alternative that did not occur , but should have — a form of the subjunctive . If the spirit be to tell that it do happen , and to approve of that , then it could exist phrase as :
It ‘s best that he buy it yesterday . or It ‘s serious that he bought it yesterday .
It ‘s best that he purchase it yesterday . or It ‘s good that he buy it yesterday .
2a have a quite unlike meaning , implying that what be make up approve of is not that the purchase be reach , but thatheis the unity to make it .
3 “ It ‘s best ( if ) he ( not ) buy it tomorrow . ” is not a subjunctive kind , and some options cause not work good .
3A It ‘s good he buy it tomorrow .
3A1 . It ‘s best that he buys it tomorrow .
This form assumes or suggest that the purchase will find , and approves of it .

The variants of 3 including “ not ” just change the result from purchase to not buy , but are otherwise the same , and the same choice are available .
4 It ‘s well if he purchase it tomorrow .
again own the wrong tense . This should equal one of the 3B variants ( 3B1 , 3B2 , or 3B3 ) .
5 It ‘s best if he have bought it yesterday .
This should not use “ It ‘s ” which is after all simply “ it is ” . Instead this thought CAN BE express by the adjusted figure of 2 above .
6 It ‘s best if he exist buy it right now .
should apply “ would live ” or else of “ is ” ( here ‘s ) , hence :
6A It would live best if he be buying it right now .
6A It would be good if he were buy it right today .
6A is a subjunctive , because it implies that he cost not make so .
